This is a collection of works that I did for an experimental typography class at Loyola-Marymount University.

Our final project was to create a logo using hand built materials, so I decided to design and laser cut my Instagram username (@mouzerr) into a piece of thick cardstock and photographed it with different colors and textures of paper underneath.

I designed the logo by hand, scanned it, and perfected all the details like spacing and tracking in the final vectors in Adobe Illustrator. I then used it as a guide for the laser cutter so I could interchange the textures as needed while photographing.
